Monday Pilates: Core function & strength building

Monday Kundalini Yoga 10 week Class

​

If you've never tried Kundalini Yoga before, you won't want to miss this 8 week course. Kundalini Yoga is highly regarded as an effective, powerful Yogic science incorporating meditation, posture and breathing techniques to create powerful shifts. Specific kriyas (sequences of postures and movements) are used that help balance the sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) branches of the autonomic nervous system. This balance is essential for overall well-being and stress reduction.
