Class Descriptions

PILATES  STRONG

Monday · 10:00

A stronger take on Pilates.

This class combines the precision, control and core principles of Pilates with functional strength training. Using body weight, resistance bands, light weights and other small equipment, we build strength that supports you not only in your Pilates practice, but in everyday life.

Expect a full-body workout with an emphasis on core stability, good movement mechanics, balance and progressive strength.

Challenging but adaptable, Pilates Strong is about becoming stronger while moving well — because strength and mobility should support each other at every age.

PILATES

Tuesday · 10:00 | Thursday · 10:00

More than a traditional Pilates class.

Rooted in the Pilates method, these mixed-level classes combine traditional Pilates exercises with functional movement, stability work and an understanding of how the body needs to move in everyday life.

Our philosophy is simple: stability before mobility.

We first create a strong, well-organised foundation through the core and joints, then build mobility, strength, balance and coordination on top of it.

Exercises are adapted to the individual, making this class suitable for different levels of experience. Expect thoughtful, precise movement designed to help you feel stronger, move better and become more confident in your body.

KUNDALINI YOGA

Tuesday · 11:20

A dynamic practice for body, breath and mind.

Kundalini Yoga combines movement, postures, breathwork, meditation and mantra in carefully structured practices known as kriyas. Each class has a particular focus and may be energising and challenging, quiet and meditative — or a combination of both.

Rather than focusing only on flexibility, the practice works with the nervous system, concentration, breath and awareness, while also developing strength and mobility.

No previous experience with Kundalini Yoga is necessary. Come with an open mind and discover a very different way of experiencing yoga.

VINIYOGA

Wednesday · 10:00

Yoga adapted to you — not the other way around.

Viniyoga is an individualised approach to yoga rooted in the teachings of T.K.V. Desikachar. Movement and breath are carefully coordinated, and postures are adapted according to the needs and abilities of the person practising them.

Classes combine mindful movement, breathwork and periods of quiet attention, while developing mobility, strength, balance and body awareness.

This is a mixed-level class where there is no pressure to perform or achieve a particular shape. Instead, you are encouraged to understand your own body and discover how yoga can best support it.

Suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

MEN’S STRENGTH & MOBILITY

Wednesday · 11:20

Move better, stay strong and keep doing the things you enjoy.

A movement class created specifically for men who want to stay strong, mobile and capable.

We use functional strength exercises, mobility work and coordination challenges to address some of the common issues that develop through years of sitting, repetitive movement, sport, old injuries and everyday life.

Classes focus on core stability, posture, balance, proprioception, mobility and full-body strength, with exercises designed to translate into the way you actually move outside the studio.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. You simply need to be willing to move, learn and challenge your body.

ZUMBA

Thursday · 12:00

Come for the workout. Stay for the music.

This is a high-energy dance fitness class blending the Latin rhythms at the heart of Zumba with a mix of dance styles and choreography inspired by current and trending music.

Expect salsa, reggaeton, merengue and other Latin influences alongside songs you already know and love.

There’s no pressure to get every step right. Follow along, move your body, raise your heart rate and have fun.

It’s cardio without feeling like cardio — and quite possibly the happiest workout of your week.

THE RESET

Every second Friday of the month

Move better. Feel better. Get back to doing what you love.

The Reset is a monthly class designed to help your body rediscover more comfortable, efficient movement. Combining functional movement with mobility and stability exercises influenced by Pilates, we work with the body to create better support around the joints, improve range of motion and reconnect with the deep core.

Each class explores different areas of the body through slow, intentional sequences — building stability where support is needed and inviting mobility where the body is ready to move.

There is no forcing and no chasing a particular stretch or sensation. Instead, you are encouraged to move with curiosity, pay attention to what your body is telling you and create an environment where change can happen naturally.

This may look like a gentler class, but don’t mistake gentle for ineffective. The work can be surprisingly deep, particularly through the core and the muscles that stabilise and protect our joints.

Whether you are feeling stiff or restricted, experiencing the accumulated effects of sport and everyday life, or simply want to move with greater ease, The Reset is an opportunity to reconnect with your body — so you can get off the mat and back to doing the things you love.

Open to everyone. No previous experience required.
