    The mind is at the heart of all you achieve in life. It can transform anything for the best or worse. If you want to excel in what you do in life you need to know how your mind functions, how to manage it and apply it to all the things that matter to you.

    In order to operate optimally, the mind needs effortlessness, stillness, relaxation.  When your mind is in overdrive performance decreases.

    How do you get it to operate optimally? Through meditation & mindful breathing!
