9 Star Ki is a form of astrology developed from the same root as Feng Shui. It actually originated in Tibet, but is now predominantly a Japanese interpretation of the system. The concept of 9 stars comes from the understanding that Universal energy is mainly filtered by 9 stars.

While Feng Shui is the study of space, 9 Star Ki focuses on the study of time. It not only assists us in gaining greater insight into our own personality, but also how we relate to others. Additionally, it helps us identify the key shifts that will occur during the months and years ahead (always specific to our birth date and year). This is based on the concept of “houses”, and in particular the house we occupy in a given year, month and even day. We pass through these “houses” in cycles of 9, with each house having its own unique qualities. Through this understanding, we gain an important tool to help us make more informed choices about our lives, what career paths to take, which times to consider important shifts in our lives, and even determine the best time for a move!
