Feng Shui for BUSINESS » 9 Business Directions

In Feng Shui we use a tool called “Bagua” to identify what is referred to as the 9 business areas. The bagua is first placed over your workplace's floor plan to determine where each business area is located, and then can get more specific when placed over each individual office.

The nine business areas are:

  • 4. The Prosperity of the Business
  • 5. Overall Health of the Business and its Staff
  • 6. Supporters of the Business/Clients

  • 9. Public Recognition/Advertising/Promotions

By being able to identify the 9 life areas of your workplace, a Feng Shui consultant has more visibility into what is going right and/or wrong in that business area. With this insight, the consultant is able to offer you advice on what to do to best balance out that sector and positively impact that sector of the business. These suggestions are generally based on making adjustments to the colors, objects, plants, art, pictures, crystals and so on that are most suited to each sector.
